Yvonne’s study of ballet, figure skating and yoga in her youth was a natural progression to her interest in Pilates. Yvonne spent several years practising various types of fitness and in more recent years: personal training and group classes at Four-Forty Fitness in Burlington, ON. Her training included: weights (Fitlinxx and free weights), stability ball, cardio training and Pilates group mat, semi-private and private reformer and cadillac training with Linda Lehner.
